i added a custom prompt to prevent the bot from responding to non-related commands/questions. Using chatgpt 3.5 , This doesn't seem to work. 

In the documentation a MsTeams app is mentioned with a link to that msteams app. This link does not worm fyi: i am a msteams admin within our organisation.
